1. General Terms

1.1. This Refund Policy (the "Policy") establishes the rules for refunding payments made by Users for Game participation and Venue Bookings through the AlgaBall platform.

1.2. All payments are processed through the Finik payment system (QuickPay System LLC). Refunds are issued in Kyrgyz Som (KGS) to the original payment method.

1.3. A 2% payment system fee (rounded up) is deducted from all refunds. This fee is set by Finik and is non-refundable.

2. Game Participation Refunds

2.1. Full Refund (minus 2% fee)

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

Refund calculation:

Refund amount = Payment amount − Finik fee (2%)
Example: 500 KGS payment → 10 KGS fee → 490 KGS refund

2.2. No Refund

No refund is provided in the following cases:
Important: When leaving a Game with less than 2 hours remaining, the Platform displays: "No refund is available as the Game starts in less than 2 hours. By confirming, you agree to forfeit the paid amount." This confirmation is final.

3. Venue Booking Refunds

4. Refund Process

4.1. Automatic refund — when a Game is cancelled by the Administration or Manager, the refund is initiated automatically.

4.2. Self-service request — Players can request a refund through the Game page by clicking "Request Refund." Available only when conditions in Section 2.1 are met.

4.3. Administration review — in disputed cases, refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

4.4. Processing time — after approval, funds are credited within 3-5 business days, depending on the Finik payment system.

5. Special Cases

5.1. Partial Game cancellation — if a Game is cancelled after partial play, the refund decision is made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.

5.2. Duplicate payment — for technical payment duplicates, contact support. The duplicate will be refunded in full.

5.3. Game changes — if the Manager significantly changes Game conditions (time, location, price) after payment, the Player may request a refund regardless of the time window.

6. How to Request a Refund

For refund requests not covered by automatic rules:

  1. Email [email protected] with payment ID, date, and amount;
  2. State the reason for your request;
  3. Attach supporting materials if available;
  4. Expect a response within 5 business days.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Refund disputes are resolved in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Consumer Protection" No. 90 dated December 10, 1997.

7.2. If pre-trial resolution fails, disputes are referred to the courts of Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
